MySSU/MyHR availability Sept. 18-19

MySSU and MyHR will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Friday until 5 p.m. Saturday, September 19 for a system upgrade.

What do I need to do?
Complete activities in MySSU and MyHR by 5 p.m. on September 18th. 

Why is this happening?

• Enhanced Navigation: PeopleSoft pages will be easier to find and access through improved search, Favorites, Recently Visited, and Landing Page options. 
• Enhanced security

What to Expect
Canvas and Payments will remain available during this period.
The following will be unavailable:

Faculty

• Faculty Center and class rosters
• Grade entry and grading information
• Student and enrollment information accessed through PeopleSoft

Staff

• MyHR/CHRS Employee Self Service, including:
      ◦    Personal and employment information
      ◦    Absence reporting and leave balances
      ◦    Manager absence approvals
      ◦    Benefits information and enrollment summaries
• Other HR information accessed through CHRS
