The Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination’s Center for Restorative Practices invites SSU employees to connect, recharge, and build practical communication skills through our Fall 2026 programs.
This fall, we are offering several monthly series designed to create ongoing opportunities for wellness, skill-building, and connection:
- All Employees: Be Well Wednesdays (first Wednesdays at 2 p.m.) and Restorative Reset Fridays (third Fridays at noon via Zoom) provide monthly opportunities to pause, reflect, recharge, and support well-being, while C.A.R.E. in Action (third Tuesdays at noon) explores restorative approaches to communication and interpersonal challenges.
- Faculty: The Communication Labs (third Tuesdays at 10 a.m. via Zoom) provide a space to learn and practice strategies for navigating communication challenges in academic settings.
- Supervisors: The Leadership Lab (third Wednesdays at 1 p.m.) offers practical tools, resources, and peer support for effective and restorative leadership.
