The Creative Services team is available to support Sonoma State University departments, programs, and initiatives with professional design and visual communication services at no cost to campus partners.

Our team of experienced designers collaborates with faculty and staff to develop creative solutions that advance university goals, strengthen audience engagement, and ensure alignment with Sonoma State’s visual identity standards. Whether promoting an event, launching a new initiative, recruiting students, or enhancing departmental communications, the team provides strategic design support to help bring your message to life.

Creative Services can assist with the development of:

  • Print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, and reports

  • Event marketing and promotional materials

  • Digital graphics for websites, email campaigns, and social media channels

  • Banners, signage, and environmental graphics

  • Recruitment, admissions, and enrollment communications

  • Presentation and conference materials

  • Branding and identity support for university programs and initiatives

  • Photography consultation and image selection support

The goal is to create compelling, high-quality visual communications that effectively represent Sonoma State University while meeting the unique needs of each project.

To request support, please submit a project request through Marketing and Communications. Early engagement with the team is encouraged to allow adequate time for planning, design, and production.

In addition to custom design services, Sonoma State provides access to a collection of university-branded templates in Adobe Express. These templates enable members of the SSU community to create professional, brand-aligned materials such as social media graphics, flyers, presentations, and digital signage while maintaining visual consistency across campus communications. Visit the branded templates site for more details.
