Dear Campus Community,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Campus Climate Survey. This, our third campus climate survey in six years, helps us better understand how students, faculty, and staff experience belonging, respect, institutional support, and interactions across differences at Sonoma State.
The 2026 Campus Climate Survey webpage is now available, including the executive summary and full report. The findings highlight institutional strengths and differences in how members of our campus community experience belonging, connection, and support.
Over the coming months, we will share the findings with campus groups and create opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to reflect on the results, discuss what resonates with their experiences, and connect the data to their work. These conversations will help inform institutional priorities and identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.
We encourage you to explore the findings and look forward to continuing this work together.
